I have twenty six best friends.
Only few could be so lucky.
The first one, I call Quincy,
now this friend is always near,
the next one that is William,
rarely used but does appear.
And then comes brother Ernie,
not the one from Sesame Street,
holding hands with Rachel,
the two never miss a beat,
Calling out to Tracey,
she and Yalda never stray,
With Ursula and with Ian,
these ones never would betray.
Around the corner comes Otto,
with Peter close behind,
Andrew pulls him forward,
a helping hand he'd never mind.
Sebastian crosses the road,
with Denise linked arm in arm,
and Frankie telling jokes,
about ol' Gary's failing charm.
The laughter is from Henry,
and Joey cackles too,
at Kyle and at Laney,
and at their drunk tattoo.
Here come Zeus and Xander,
with bags of chips and coke,
the two will always bring it,
and save you when you choke.
You know Van and Betty,
they brought Norman with them too,
and finally here comes Mary,
she's following the queue.
I can tell you all about them,
I'll tell you night and day,
the way they save my world,
each night come time to play.
They listen and they tell me,
how to make my problems go away,
and they hurry just to tell you,
what I have done today.
They're loyal and they're silly,
they're loving, even Willy,
joined together in a song,
you know it, sing along.
I have these boys and girls,
oh the greatest friends are we,
Wanna hear about them?
The first I call Quincy.
