Reminds me of a kinda tropical paradise layout. They're lovely, still, after all this time.
The steam looks kind of cool when it's lifting so high is takes its spot in the clouds, completely hiding the water.Love this bridge(below)--snap a photo each time, of course, it's the kind of thing that never changes. When we were kids, we'd cram the seven of us in my dad's cab, I would sit in front with my folks, and each time we reached this bridge, it was a universal "We're here" signal. It was comforting to see it yesterday-- it's a big smack of nostalgia, and all-in-all is poetic to me. It's a lovely structure, reminds me the the Brooklyn Bridge anyway, even though they're nothing alike, it had that kinda power, I think.

Snapped this bad boy (below), to show you that those things floating aren't even clouds, but are balls of pollution coming from the dozen or so factories that cover the lakes on the way up.

We went to the Internation House of Pancakes--I've never been before. It my something new for the day! Lundy's Lane is super cute, and the Coach Outlet is SUPER. There are actually really good deals, and you can score yourself a sick Coach Bag for less than $200. It's crazy-- and if I actually wanted to spend my money I would have grabbed a couple.

The service was great, though we were 2 of maybe 4 customers having lunch. Regardless, they have FOUR types of syrup. I didn't even know that there were types, I thought it was all just syrup-- regular syrup. Nu-uh, not at IHOP, no, you have a choice. There's the best one, strawberry, then butter pecan, then the original... and a vanilla something (I made that up because I can't remember what the last choice was-- but throw vanilla in anything and it makes it good. Sounds like a reasonable choice for pancakes)
I ordered a Mushroom and Spinach omelette. It may have easily been the best tasting thing I have ever had. It was incredible. i was too stuffed to finish it, and I really wanted to try that plate of yummy-ness in the back there. So, I compromised, and had half of each instead. If I waited another twenty minutes I would have wolfed them both down-- but I didn't have the energy.
Walked a nice long walk down to Clifton Hills-- after losing my ID and not being able to get into the Casino. Apparently, using your citizenship from 1993 when you're five years old, with a head full of curls and beaming red dress just doesn't cut it for the Casino guys. Oh well, took the walk o' shame outside to the lovely air.
Passed by this guy a few times, he never gave up. Just climbing up and down all day-- my bet's he was going for a record or something.I'm a BIG fan of mazes-- they're so hillarious, and are really quite fun. Came across this bad boy in the map we got from the spy shop. Went inside, found all four check points in record time. Didn't even take us five minutes, it was crazy. We were running around, up and down the stairs, like absolute maniacs.

Reminded me of home-- not nearly as tall, and not as pretty, but reminiscent of that guy downtown. You can ride all the way up this bad boy and have dinner in a revolving dining room-- we didn't care to go up, we were fine at ground level. Besides, @Josephine_M is a big chicken, she hates heights and dinosaurs, so she refused to ride the carousel OR the 4D Dino movie. I was upset, and she wouldn't cave, despite the fact that she's leaving me. Saw two MJ stars on the ground by the Hard Rock, buncha peeps taking photos like he planted them there himself. I wasn't too excited, not at all actually.
Had to get this guy, it was hillarious. I LOL'd for a few minutes. The picture is great-- funny part is, that even if you did climb over this particular fence, there was NO danger on the other side. yet at the rails where I got some photos of the falls, there was absolutely no warning what so ever. Silly Fall's people.
